Hello Corvallis Foundry Members,

We hope you are all are safe and sound and wanted to share updates on our activities here to make Corvallis Foundry safer.

**Members Only**

We're open for members only (which includes members in kind). As members, we encourage you to be safe and smart. If you aren’t feeling well, have been around someone who isn’t feeling well, or aren’t practicing safe, physical distancing, we’d ask that you stay home.

**Changes to the Space**

We've moved furniture and seating around to allow for safe physical distancing. Each F/T desk is separated from the next by an open spot and we've reduced the number of chairs in the main area for the hot seat members to 6. The conference room has been reconfigured as well, with 4 chairs and is getting more use than expected. If you have ideas and or suggestions, we’d love to hear them.

We've installed a no touch light switch, faucet, and soap dispenser in one bath and closed the other one so we can sanitize more frequently. For the time being, the kitchen area is closed to prepare food and we have added disposable plates, cups, and silverware in the lounge area. We also set up 4 sanitizing stations and we have free masks available.

We will also have installed a new, keyless lock on the front door. It is a Schlage Encode and you can find operating instructions here. We will be giving each member their own, unique code but for now, please use:

**2257**

To open the lock, press the lower left corner of the display and then enter the code. To lock when leaving, press the lower right corner of the display. We have sanitizer wipes for you to use once you use the keypad. So be safe.

Any issues getting in text or email Brad at 541-286-5495 or [email protected].

**Memberships**

We've put the mini-desks on hold due to distancing but we review as the Benton County community moves to phase 2.

We have also added a new membership level. It includes all the benefits of our $100 a month flex-desk membership and also includes the following:

24 hours per month access to our video, audio, podcasting tools.
10 hours of one-on-one mentoring on building your online presence. This can include technical (how to film, edit, compress, upload, etc), web strategy (how to build landing pages and offers that convert, Thrive Themes, eLearnCommerce, ActiveCampaign), branding (how to message and communicate your value), or other areas.

This membership level will be on the website later this week and is $150 per month. It’s our way to help anyone who wants to go online but may need some support to get going.

We can't tell you how much we appreciate members sticking with us. We all know this will pass and expect locations like Corvallis Foundry to be even more important to freelancers, small biz, and others.

In community,

The Corvallis Foundry Team
