    Corvallis Foundry is excited to offer the the OSU Advantage Iterate Program Wondering what the Iterate program is and if it's for you? Then keep reading.  Iterate is a 4-week  program of in-person workshops and online activites focused on helping lay the groundwork of starting a successful business and/or making changes to an existing business. You'll gain a basic undertanding of the  lean startup method for developing businesses and products but you don't have to be a "startup" to benefit from this program. While many of the terms you'll learn are associated with startup businesses, these 4 essential aspects will help you better evaluate and assess many decisions, both for new and existing endeavors. In this 4-week program you'll learn: An understanding of the Business Model Canvas, a tool used by startups and Fortune 500 companies like Toyota and Disney. An understanding of the customer discovery process. and how to be sure customers want what you have to offer. An understanding of Total Available Market, Serviceable Available Market, and Target Market. Understanding of what a Value Proposition is and have a better defined Value proposition for your concept or product. You'll leave this program with a much better idea of how to move forward with your idea.  The program is ideal for teams or individuals. Teams are encouraged to participate together.
